لا نطلب إنشاء حساب. نحفظ اللغة والمظهر والمفضلة ومعرّفات سجل الاستماع ومفضلة الخلفيات وبيانات فهرس المحتوى المحلي على جهازك فقط، ولا نرفعها إلى خادم لنا. يمكنك مسح السجل من الإعدادات أو حذف بقية التفضيلات بمسح بيانات التطبيق. النسخ الاحتياطي ونقل هذه التفضيلات معطلان في إعدادات هذه النسخة.

الصوت والصلاحيات
المقاطع الأصلية الثمانية مضمّنة وتعمل دون إنترنت. تحمل بقية النغمات والخلفيات من خادم المحتوى عبر HTTPS عند الاستعراض أو التشغيل أو التطبيق، وقد يترتب على ذلك نقل عنوان IP ومعلومات الاتصال الضرورية إلى مزوّد الاستضافة. لا نطلب إنشاء حساب أو رفع مكتبتك الشخصية إلى الخادم. لا نفحص صورك أو التسجيلات أو مكتبة موسيقاك ولا نطلب جهات الاتصال أو الموقع الدقيق. تعيين صوت المكالمات أو الإشعارات أو المنبّه يحتاج إذن تعديل إعدادات النظام عند اختيار الوظيفة. لا يتضمن التطبيق تنزيلًا يدويًا للنغمات أو الخلفيات. عند اختيار تعيين نغمة، ينشئ Android نسخة نظامية منها لاستخدامها كرنين أو إشعار أو منبّه؛ وقد تتطلب العملية إذن التخزين في Android 7–9. تطبّق الخلفيات مباشرةً بواسطة خدمات Android دون حفظ يدوي في التنزيلات أو المعرض.

الإعلانات والموافقة
يتضمن التطبيق إعلانات بانر وبينية ومكافأة اختيارية عبر Google Mobile Ads، وموافقة Google UMP، مع شراء Pro عبر Google Play Billing لإزالة الإعلانات. إكمال الإعلان الاختياري يمنح فترة مؤقتة بدون إعلانات. قد تعالج Google عنوان IP والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه ومعرّفات الجهاز والإعلان وتفاعلات الإعلان وبيانات التشخيص لتقديم الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال. تختلف المعالجة بحسب الموافقة والإعدادات والمنطقة. لا نطلب إعلانًا قبل سماح حالة UMP بذلك. تظهر خيارات خصوصية الإعلان عند طلب UMP لها. الاستماع المحلي لا يحتاج الموافقة على الإعلانات المخصصة.

المشتريات
Pro شراء اختياري لمرة واحدة عبر Google Play. تعالج Google بيانات الدفع؛ يستخدم التطبيق معرّف المنتج ورمز الشراء وحالته لاستعادة الميزة والإقرار بالمشتريات. لا نستقبل بيانات البطاقة. إدارة سجل الشراء والاسترداد تتم عبر Google Play.

المشاركة والاحتفاظ
لا نبيع بياناتك مقابل المال. قد تعتبر بعض القوانين تبادل معرّفات الإعلان مشاركة للإعلان الموجه. تخضع بيانات Google لسياساتها وفترات الاحتفاظ لديها وقد تعالج خارج بلدك. مراسلات الدعم تعالج للرد وتحتفظ بها للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة الطلب. راجع https://policies.google.com/privacy و https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

حقوقك والأطفال

1. ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how AymenTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use My Ringtone 2027, also known as Ranati 2027 or رناتي 2027 (“the App”).

It covers information stored on your device, information processed when accessing online content, advertising and consent services, optional purchases, permissions, retention, and your privacy choices.

This policy describes the Android App. Third-party websites and services that you choose to open may have their own privacy policies.

2. WHAT THE APP DOES

The App allows you to browse and preview ringtones, set supported audio as your device’s ringtone, notification sound, or alarm sound, and browse and apply static or live wallpapers.

It also provides content search and categories, favorites, listening history, language and appearance settings, and wallpaper adjustment tools such as cropping or rotation where supported.

Some audio is bundled with the App and can be played offline. Other audio, images, and live wallpaper videos require an internet connection.

The App includes advertising and an optional Pro purchase intended to remove advertisements.

You do not need to create an App account to use its core features.

3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The App stores information locally to provide its features, including:

• Language and appearance preferences.
• Favorite ringtone and wallpaper identifiers.
• Listening history identifiers.
• Locally stored content catalog information.
• Settings and local state needed to operate the App.
• Advertising consent information and purchase entitlement information used by the relevant services.

AymenTech does not upload your favorites, listening history, or appearance preferences to a personal user profile on our content server.

Content may be temporarily downloaded or cached so that it can be played, displayed, edited, or applied. This technical storage is separate from a user-facing download or export feature.

The current Android configuration disables automatic App backup and transfer of App preferences.

4. ONLINE CONTENT AND NETWORK INFORMATION

When you browse the online catalog or load a ringtone, image, or live wallpaper video, the App sends requests to the services hosting that content.

These requests necessarily expose your IP address to the receiving service. They may also include requested resource addresses, request timing, and technical connection information. Hosting providers may process operational or security logs to deliver content, maintain service availability, and prevent abuse.

An IP address may indicate an approximate geographic area. The App does not request GPS or precise location permission for browsing or applying content.

Our content service does not require you to register an App account or upload your personal music library, photos, or recordings.

Network requests to our content services use HTTPS.

5. INFORMATION THE APP DOES NOT REQUEST

The current App does not request access to:

• Your contacts or address book.
• SMS messages or call logs.
• Your microphone or camera.
• Your precise GPS location.
• Your personal photo collection or music library for scanning.
• Your payment card details or banking credentials.

Setting a ringtone does not require reading your contacts or monitoring your calls.

These statements concern the App’s own features. Advertising and payment services process the information described separately below.

6. ANDROID PERMISSIONS AND SYSTEM ACCESS

The App uses permissions and Android system capabilities for specific purposes:

Internet access and network state
Used to load online content, communicate with advertising and consent services, and access Google Play purchase services. Network state helps the App determine whether connectivity is available.

Modify system settings
Android may require special approval before the App can change your default ringtone, notification sound, or alarm sound. This approval is used for the sound-setting action you select.

Set wallpaper
Used to apply a static wallpaper through Android’s wallpaper services.

Live wallpaper services
Live wallpaper features use Android’s live wallpaper framework. A selected wallpaper may continue to display or animate after you leave the App, depending on your device and system settings.

Storage access on older Android versions
On Android 7–9, permission to write to shared storage may be required to create a system-accessible audio file when you choose to set a ringtone, notification sound, or alarm sound. This is not used to scan or upload your existing files.

Advertising identifier
The advertising integration may access the Android advertising identifier when available and permitted by your device settings and applicable consent choices.

Permissions and special access can be managed through Android settings. Refusing or revoking access may prevent the related feature from working.

7. RINGTONES, WALLPAPERS, AND SYSTEM COPIES

The App does not provide a dedicated manual download or export feature for saving catalog content to your Downloads folder or photo gallery.

However, playing or applying content requires processing media files on your device. When you set a sound, the App may create a copy accessible to Android so that the system can use it as a ringtone, notification, or alarm.

Applying a wallpaper also involves passing the selected content to Android’s wallpaper services.

Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may not remove a ringtone file registered with Android or reset an already applied wallpaper. You can change your selected sounds and wallpaper through your device settings. Where applicable, system-created files can be managed using your device’s storage tools.

8. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSING

The App integrates Google Mobile Ads to support banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements.

The advertising SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:

• IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
• Advertising identifiers, App set identifiers, and other identifiers made available by Google services.
• App interactions, including launches and advertising interactions.
• Diagnostic information, including crash information and performance data.
• Technical information about the device and App environment.

This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, operate advertising services, diagnose problems, and prevent fraud or invalid traffic.

The exact processing depends on the SDK version, service configuration, your region, consent choices, and device settings. Non-personalized or limited advertising can still involve technical data processing; it does not necessarily mean that no information is collected.

Test versions may display Google test advertisements. Test advertising should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the advertising SDK performs no network communication or processes no technical information.

9. ADVERTISING CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES

The App integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage advertising privacy choices where required by the service configuration and applicable regional requirements.

The App uses the consent status supplied by UMP to determine whether advertising requests are permitted. Permission to request an advertisement is not necessarily the same as consent to personalized advertising.

Where UMP requires a privacy options entry point, the App provides access to the relevant privacy form so that you can review or change your choices.

You can also manage advertising privacy settings through Android or your Google account, where those controls are available.

Playing bundled offline audio does not require consent to personalized advertising.

Consent to optional data processing is handled through the relevant consent controls. Merely reading this policy or continuing to use the App does not replace a consent choice where consent is required.

10. OPTIONAL REWARDED ADVERTISEMENTS

You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to obtain a temporary period without advertisements.

Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. Advertising services may process the data described above when an advertisement is requested, displayed, or interacted with.

The temporary benefit does not remove content delivery requests, Google Play communications, or other processing needed for App features.

11. PRO PURCHASES AND GOOGLE PLAY BILLING

Pro is an optional, one-time purchase intended to remove advertisements. It does not unlock additional ringtone or wallpaper content.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. The App may receive and process information needed to manage the purchase, including:

• Product identifier.
• Purchase token.
• Purchase status.
• Purchase acknowledgement status.
• Information needed to restore an eligible purchase.

The App uses this information to determine whether Pro is active, acknowledge purchases, and restore the entitlement.

AymenTech does not receive your full payment card number, banking credentials, or Google account password.

Google manages payment processing and its purchase records under its own policies. Purchase restoration may require access to the Google Play account used for the purchase.

Removing advertisements does not eliminate processing required to deliver online content, manage consent, restore purchases, or respond to support requests.

Availability and pricing of Pro are shown through the App and Google Play when the product is available. Refunds are subject to applicable Google Play rules and legal rights.

12. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

If you contact AymenTech by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your message, device details, screenshots, or purchase-related information.

We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, and resolve support issues.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Information sent by email is also processed by the email services involved in delivering and storing the message.

13. WHY INFORMATION IS PROCESSED

Information described in this policy is processed to:

• Provide ringtone and wallpaper features.
• Load and deliver online content.
• Remember local preferences and favorites.
• Manage advertising and privacy choices.
• Recognize and restore Pro purchases.
• Maintain service reliability and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on consent, providing a requested service, legitimate interests such as service security and support, or legal obligations, as appropriate to the particular activity.

14. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Information may be processed by service providers involved in:

• Content hosting and delivery.
• Advertising, measurement, consent management, and fraud prevention.
• Google Play purchase processing.
• Email delivery and support communications.

We do not upload your locally stored favorites or listening history to advertising services as a personal profile.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Certain privacy laws may define advertising-related disclosures as “sharing” or another regulated activity even when no money is exchanged for the information. Available consent and privacy controls apply to those activities where required.

We may disclose information available to us when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect service security, or address unlawful activity.

Third-party providers may process information under their own policies. Their involvement does not remove AymenTech’s responsibility for the integrations used in the App.

15. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local preferences and history
Local App information remains on your device until you remove it through the App’s available controls, clear App storage, or uninstall the App.

You can clear listening history from the App’s settings. Clearing App storage removes locally stored preferences and other App data, but may require you to configure the App again.

Cached media
Temporary files may be retained to support playback, display, or application of content. They can be removed through Android’s cache or storage controls, subject to the device’s behavior.

System-applied content
Sounds registered with Android and applied wallpapers may remain outside the App’s own storage. Manage these through Android’s sound, wallpaper, or storage settings.

Support messages
We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, resolve related issues, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Hosting, advertising, and payment records
Third-party providers determine retention periods for records they process under their own service policies and legal obligations. AymenTech does not set a universal deletion period for those records.

Deleting the App does not automatically delete Google’s advertising records, Google Play purchase history, hosting logs, or support emails.

16. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CONTROLS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to the processing of your personal information.

You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

You can:

• Clear local listening history.
• Clear App data or uninstall the App.
• Revoke Android permissions or special access.
• Review advertising privacy choices where available.
• Manage Google advertising settings.
• Contact AymenTech about information held in support correspondence.

The App does not create an AymenTech user account, so there is no App account to delete. Your Google Play account is separate and must be managed through Google.

When you submit a privacy request, we may request only the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant records and verify that the request concerns you.

For information controlled independently by Google or another provider, you may need to use that provider’s privacy tools or contact it directly.

Where available, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

17. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly request personal information from children through an App registration process, because the App does not provide user registration.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to AymenTech, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Advertising and consent configuration must reflect the App’s intended audience and applicable age-related requirements.

18. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Content hosting, Google services, and email services may process information in countries other than your country of residence.

Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries. Relevant providers are responsible for the transfer mechanisms and safeguards applicable to their processing.

19. SECURITY

The App uses HTTPS for its content service connections and Android platform mechanisms for storage, permissions, and interaction with system services.

Unencrypted HTTP traffic is disabled in the current App configuration.

We aim to limit access to information to what is needed for the described features. However, no application, device, network, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Please protect your device and Google account and keep your operating system and App updated.

20. EXTERNAL LINKS AND GOOGLE POLICIES

Opening an external website may disclose your IP address and ordinary browser information to that website. Its own privacy policy applies to its processing.

21. GOOGLE PLAY TRANSPARENCY

This policy is intended to explain the App’s data practices transparently and support the disclosures required by Google Play.

The App’s privacy policy, permission explanations, consent controls, and Google Play Data safety declaration must accurately reflect the released App and its third-party integrations.

Publication of this policy does not constitute certification, endorsement, or approval by Google. Compliance depends on the App’s actual behavior, service configuration, and applicable requirements.

22. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when App features, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements change.

The latest revision date will appear at the beginning of this policy. Where required, material changes will be accompanied by additional notice or a new consent request.
